How to brew Xiaguan 1st Grade Loose Leaf Tea ripe (shou)?
There are two methods to makes this ripe (shou):
Brew 4 gram Xiaguan 1st Grade Loose Leaf Tea with 120 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 10 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.
Steep 3 gram Xiaguan 1st Grade Loose Leaf Tea ripe (shou) with 350 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 1-2 minutes and add 30 seconds for each next infusion.
