How to brew Dianhong 'Hong Yun' black tea brick?
There are two methods to makes this black tea brick:
Brew 8 gram (1 piece) Dianhong 'Hong Yun' with 150 ml of water at 90 °C. Steep for 30 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.
Steep 8 gram (1 piece) Dianhong 'Hong Yun' black tea brick with 350 ml of water at 90 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 30 seconds for each next infusion.
