How to brew Sun-dried Dian Hong black tea?
There are two methods to makes this black tea:
Gongfu brewing
Brew 6 gram Sun-dried Dian Hong with 120 ml of water at 90 °C. Steep for 20 seconds and add 10 seconds for each infusion.
Western brewing
Steep 3 gram Sun-dried Dian Hong black tea with 350 ml of water at 90 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 2 minutes for each next preparation.
