How to brew Xiaguan 1st Grade Spring Tips Loose Tea raw (sheng)?
There are two methods to makes this raw (sheng):
Gongfu brewing
Brew 4 gram Xiaguan 1st Grade Spring Tips Loose Tea with 120 ml of water at 85 °C. Steep for 10 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.
Western brewing
Steep 3 gram Xiaguan 1st Grade Spring Tips Loose Tea raw (sheng) with 350 ml of water at 85 °C. Apply a brewing time of 1-2 minutes and add 1 minutes for each subsequent infusion.
